How often should I be servicing my machine?

We recommend a full service at least once a year to keep your machine running smoothly.

What is your collection/delivery area?

Collection and delivery is available within Sussex which is included in your servicing package. Distances over 30 miles from Peacehaven may incur additional collection/delivery fees.

How long will I be away from my favourite kitchen appliance?

We aim to have a turn around of 48 hours for basic machine services. This may be longer due to the severity of machine issues.
