How do I know if my machine needs servicing?

If your machine is leaking, struggling to heat up, making strange noises, or producing inconsistent coffee, it may be time for a service. Get in touch to discuss your machines needs.

How often should I be servicing my machine?

We recommend a full service at least once a year to keep your machine running smoothly.

What is your collection/delivery area?

Collection and delivery is available within Sussex which is included in your servicing package. Distances over 30 miles from Peacehaven may incur additional collection/delivery fees.

How long will I be away from my favourite kitchen appliance?

We aim to have a turn around of 48 hours for basic machine services. This may be longer due to the severity of machine issues.

Do you service other makes and models?

Yes we do. Please get in contact if you have a machine of a different make or model that needs maintenance or servicing. Listed above are just our most common customers.

What days are you open?

Our typical working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday but get in touch with us any day and we will respond when we can.
